  8. WHAT IS THIS AND WHY AM I RELEASING IT:

  11. This archive is the third (and probably last) in a series of icon archives
  12. in IconoGrafx format.

  14. There aren't many icons here, but I loose my internet access in a few
  15. days, and decided to upload them anyway as I won't be able to later.  I
  16. am also likely selling my Amiga - it's a great platform, but I need
  17. portability and the Amiga just can't do that effectively.

  42. 1. These icons do not have the NewIcons information.  I do not use NewIcons.
  43. If you need the NewIcons images, feel free to add them yourself.
  44.  
  45. 2. All of the icons in this archive conform to the size guidelines.  I have
  46. reworked many of the original icons to fit this guideline.
  47.  
  48. 3. I have standardied the colour of disk label on all floppy disks to red
  49. for Amiga, and blue for CrossDos.
  50.  
  51. 4. If you find that these icons display slowly, use a program like OptIcon
  52. to cut the number of bitplanes down.  I run my icons on an 8 colour WB with
  53. 3 bitplanes and they are much quicker.
